With over 22 years of professional experience in the area of social risk management and community development in West Africa at national, sub-regional, and regional levels in (i) designing and planning development policies, strategies, and programs with important social issues ; (ii) managing, Monitoring, and evaluating programs and projects in population and development areas of (resettlement, livelihood restoration, gender, disability and vulnerability, etc.); (iii) capacity building in social impact/risks management, in gender and sensitive planning; (iv) participating in the support and implementation of Citizen engagement, social inclusion, participative and inclusive communication approach, management of conflict in the context of resettlement, project implementation and interaction with stakeholders.
